A. DATA CATEGORIES: Fontanini S.p.A. is going to process your personal data, including:
a. Automatically collected data – information systems and applications used on our website, whilst normally operating, detect certain data that can be assigned to identifiable users (the transfer of such data is required by Internet communication protocols). The collected data include computer IP addresses, domains of computers used by website visitors, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of required resources, time of access request, method used to send the request to the server, size of the file received in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the reply provided by the server (success, error etc.), as well as other parameters related to the operating systems, browsers or IT environments of the users. Time, during which the aforementioned data are processed, does not exceed the time necessary to obtain statistical information on the use of the website and to ensure its proper functioning. Provision of such data is obligatory, as it directly translates into the quality of using the website.
b. Data voluntarily provided by the users – voluntary and direct e-mailing to the addresses indicated in various access channels to this website does not require your consent. Possible completion of relevant contact forms entails transmitting the address and data of the sender/user, since they are necessary for replying and/or providing required service. Voluntary e-mails sent to our e-mail addresses does not require any additional information or consent requests. Website tabs dedicated to ordering individual on-demand services (forms) contain specifically drafted summary information. In order to send a request, users should therefore consent to the processing of data included in the abovementioned forms.
c. Cookies. This website does not use technical cookies or cookies intended for data profiling (both our own and those of third parties), which may collect information about the use of this website. B. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: Fontanini S.p.A. has an access to data, which are collected directly from data subjects.
C. DATA CONTROLLER: Fontanini S.p.A. with its head office in Borgo a Mozzano (LU), Viale Europa Unita 1/3 fraz. Chifenti, Italy.
D. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your personal data is based on your consent and serves the following purposes:
1. Improving website performance;
2. Using data included in e-mails and forms to answer your questions/requests;
3. Conducting marketing and advertising activities: sending advertising materials (company’s catalogues and newsletters), presenting offers, business communication.
G. DATA RECIPIENTS: Your data shall not be made available in any way.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS: Data subjects have the right to demand from the Data Controller the access to their own data, their correction or deletion, limitation of their processing or the possibility of exercising the right to object, transfer of data, withdrawal of consent. The aforementioned rights and other rights that arise from GDPR may be exercised by providing the Controller with appropriate information on this matter. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
M. OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY CONSENT: While using our website, transfer of your data is obligatory in relation to subsections D1 and D2 of the aforementioned purposes, in order to ensure the appropriate provision of services.
